This position is based in Istanbul, Türkiye and directly reports to Head of Commercial and Supply Chain.

The position

As S&OP Manager you will be responsible for managing demand and supply activities in TR affiliate, in close collaboration with global and regional functions as well as local affiliate stakeholders. Your main purpose is to secure timely and balanced supply of Novo Nordisk products for
Türkiye and inform in time Commercial Units.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

-Lead all supply management activities, manage supply bottlenecks proactively by highlighting risks and opportunities in timely manner to ensure commercial sustainability at affiliate in constrained supply situations.
-Ensure robust demand planning, by analyzing short / long term forecasts and trends via demand monitoring tools, developing scenario planning, and taking corrective actions.
-Drive execution of local S&OP and Supply Chain Committee processes, lead launch planning activities in close collaboration with launch planning teams and support and participate Monthly Demand Review meetings in collaboration with global demand planning functions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including wider supply chain organization, finance, marketing, regulatory; as well as cross-cultural teams in affiliates in SEEMEA region.
-Lead process improvement projects for streamlining demand and supply processes, support other supply chain optimization projects and digitalization initiatives across the region and support with all kinds of reporting and analytics with regards to demand, supply and inventory for local management team.
 

Qualifications:

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field within at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, demand and supply planning, inventory management, project management in multinational organizations. If you possess solid analytical skills, are strong in stakeholder management, and have experience in Demand and Supply Planning, you might be the person we are looking for. Qualifications required:

-Fluency in English at business level in both written and spoken form.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and make decisions.
-Strong stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Experience in OMP demand planning module preferred.
-Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
