Robert Half Interim Management is currently looking for an S&OP Manager ad interim (m/f/x).Our client is a retailer located in Brussels region.As S&OP Manager ad interim you will have the following responsabilities:

• Planning for transport: order and delivery planning: time of order, assortment of goods, trailer size, location, delivery hours, manpower needed,..
• Manage special events for example strikes, holidays
• Coordinate logistics, 3 PL, making sure everyone is aligned
• Analytics: KPIs, results, workplan
• Constant monitoring of forecast
• Coach a team of 4 FTE

The requested qualifications for this S&OP Manager ad interim position include:

• Good people manager
• Experience in S&OP or supply chain controlling
• Excellent Dutch, French and English
• Excel wizard, experience with SAP is a plus
