About the Role:
The Solutions Leader is responsible for driving profitable solutions revenue, leading client engagements working with the wider Insight organisation. The Solutions Leader will lead cross-functional teams to design, propose, and deliver solutions that meets or exceeds the client’s business outcomes. They will also collaborate with sales leaders, the wider sales team, partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies and governance activities.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the Solutions business. Working collaboratively with Account Managers and other members of the account/bid team.
-Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, milestones, qualification, and pipeline.
-Using the Land, Adopt, Expand, and Renew model determine client qualification to ensure that Insight drive year on year growth within accounts.
-Qualify clients using risk assessment models, to ensure client qualification considers client, commercial and technical risk.
-Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts, develop and maintain the account plan for services growth to engage with potential clients and drive these new business opportunities.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
-Lead the sales process for solutions from initial engagement through to deal closure, including proposal development, contract negotiation.
-Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
-Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, Insights partners, vendors, and internal teams.
-Collaborate with other leaders in the business to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
-Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate proposals and contracts for complex and customised solutions.
-Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Provide feedback and insights to relevant teams to enhance the solution portfolio and value proposition.
-Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the solution sales cycle and through the implementation and onboarding stages.
