About The Role

The person we are looking for will provide valuable support to the Solution Delivery team, learning and familiarizing with automation tools, through guided training sessions and self-directed learning. 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

-Support automated order processing to facilitate accurate, smooth and efficient order entry in different systems, such as Esker and EDI. 
-Creation of reports and analytical activities.
-Support in transactional tasks (Manual intervention on EDI order, electronic invoicing/ order confirmations/delivery notes).
-Attend meetings/calls in both local language and English at a European level.
 

What Are We Looking For In You:

-Graduated in a Bachelor´s or Master’s, in Economics, Business Administration,
Information Systems or related.
-Fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning.
-Customer care orientation.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members.
-High level of English (B2+ or above)
-Fluency in German (B1 level or above)
-Proficiency in Excel
-Experience in SAP is a plus
