If so, are you ready to take on the role of Solution Owner and be a driving force behind the business to shape the future of SAP TM in our organization?You will join our Gdansk-based team collaborating closely with the Logistics Centre of Excellence based across Europe and local European Transport Control Centre Team, supporting our logistics teams with the standardization, process improvement and training of SAP TM for teams based across the UK, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany and the Netherlands. The role will involve approximately 20% – 30% travel.How you will make an impactIn your role as Solution Owner for SAP TM you will proactively ensure that the purpose of the SAP TM is fulfilled, and the solution can be used operationally including management and operational reporting, globally and locally. You will be the solution guardian and the point of contact to teams to ensure that standards are maintained, that colleagues are coached and trained according to their requirements and any application changes or roll outs are delivered successfully. Some other key parts of the role are:

• Owner of the SAP TM processes and the go to person for questions coming from Business Owners, Super users and IT Operations
• Facilitate Testing (Unit and End to End for Functional, Regression and UAT) to ensure solutions provided are fit for purpose, error free and usable
• Feedback/Raise & Escalate issues, requests and suggestions to support process and solution improvements. Prioritizes these in a global view.
• Represent business stability and value actualization in improvement projects
• Supporting cross site projects in Logistics, Planning and Dairy Agile release train teams and the business owners

What will make you successfulThe successful candidate will prossess excellent Supply Chain insight, who can define and implement best-in-class Logistic operation and processes from production to store. You might have an engineering, process optimization or Logistics background.Also:

• Minimum 2 years SAP TM experience, planning & Freight Cost Management are key, to be able to leverage full tool capability to drive improvements
• Very strong process orientated knowlage to be able to guide and audit for the purpose of adherence and improvement
• Strong collaboration & facilitation skills being able to build relations with Product Owners, Stakeholders and the team & being able to to drive and lead future solutions guidelines
