As a Solution Manager you will perform several activities:Key Responsibilities:– Manage Solution Development: Oversee all contributors (e.g., Solution Architect, Financial Architect) and design solutions across business, technology, services, resources, timeline, costs, and end-to-end value for the customer.
– Proposal Development: Actively participate in and support the proposal development process.
– Solution Design: Lead the design of solutions during the bidding process, ensuring alignment with business, technology, services, resources, timeline, costs, and end-to-end value for the customer.
– Strategy and Objectives: Set the solution strategy, objectives, and tasks for the solution team.
– Client Requirements Analysis: Analyze client requirements and feedback from Sales teams to define an integrated vertical solution strategy.
– Solution Shaping: Collaborate with clients and Eviden Business Lines and Industries to shape and refine solutions based on feedback.
– RFP Compliance: Ensure solutions in RFP proposals meet Eviden standards and customer requirements during the Rainbow review. Collaborate closely with the overall Pursuit Leader for end-to-end proposition management.
– Due Diligence: Participate in due diligence activities as needed.
– Sales Support: Assist the sales community during go-to-market activities and act as the single point of contact for developing solutions aligned with the win strategy for new business and deal renewals.
– Industry and Solution Expertise: Provide industry and solution expertise to promote the vertical portfolio to existing and new clients.
– Opportunity Prioritization: Offer expertise and input to prioritize and qualify opportunities based on technical feasibility and differentiation capabilities.
– Vertical Offer Development: Work closely with Industry Portfolio and Business Lines to develop new vertical offers.
