Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Role as a Solution Engineer (m/f/d):

As a Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our technical products and the needs of our customers. You will focus on delivering technical solutions, creating and implementing strategies, and working closely with customers, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and integrations.

• Customer-Facing Technical Engagement:
  • Deliver tangible assets (code snippets, repository commits, etc.) to customers to guide them throughout their journey on the platform.
  • Resolve technical questions and conduct demonstrations to showcase new features and functionalities.
  • Lead workshops, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), pitches, and onboarding sessions to supply and review technical requirements tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Development teams to discuss and refine customer requirements and ensure technical solutions align with our product capabilities.

• Solution Design & Validation:
  • Validate & extend platform capabilities with new and existing add-ons helping customers achieve full value realization
  • Validate agency-created technical solutions in customer projects, ensuring they meet business, security and technical best practices.

• Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing:
  • Create re-usable high-quality content such as demo pitches, video tutorials, code samples, and presentations to support customer enablement and internal team training.
  • Develop and manage knowledge content to ensure it is accessible and usable for internal and external teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation and technical guides to enhance the customer experience.
