As a critical part of our organization, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, facilitate business growth, and shape the future of our company.About the Role:
As a Solution Consultant or Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our product data and content systems, including PIM and DAM solutions. Accurate and efficient master data is essential in retail, serving as the backbone for nearly all processes. You will work closely with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet business requirements and create value.Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Ownership: Take charge of our primary product content solutions, including STEP PIM and Cloudinary DAM, ensuring they meet current and future needs.
  • Solution Development: Explore, design, and deliver solutions that align with business requirements through collaboration and innovation.
  • Best Practices: Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and adhere to industry best practices, enhancing system capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work extensively with business analysts and end-users to bridge solution proposals with business needs, leveraging good communication skills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay curious and updated on new technological opportunities within current applications and the market.
  • Technical Alignment: Coordinate with other solution consultants and architects to ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems.

What You’ll Bring:
You have a business-oriented mindset, you think IT and Retail is fun, and you are excited about how IT can enable new functionality and processes. It’s not a requirement, but it will be an advantage if you have retail experience and technical experience as an IT architect, or similar, and within the domain of product data/content (PIM and DAM). What is most important, is your curiosity and your capacity to learn and develop.In addition, we are looking for a colleague with:

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams (we work in a SCRUM based setup).
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments.
  • Fluent English, both in writing and speaking, is a requirement.
