We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in working with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and strong experience with processes within the realm of People & Organization (HR) functions. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive HR processes and possess expertise in SAP technologies, we invite you for this exciting opportunity.

In this role you will:

-Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP
-Architect end-to-end solutions for HR processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices within the People & Organization function
-Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of HR solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with HR processes and regulations
-Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the current HR solutions, leveraging expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, and industry best practices
-Define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across HR systems and applications

The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Moreover, you have the following requirements:

-Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on HR solutions, particularly within the People & Organization function
-Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
-In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices within the People & Organization function
-Experience in designing and implementing integrations within the HR systems landscape
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and technical teams
