Where you belong

The SCM CRO line of business is responsible for driving the commercial success and growth of our Supply Chain Management solution portfolio as part of the Customer Success organisation. 

What you’ll build

The leader with their directly-lead team, as well as the indirect extended team, are responsible for supporting our customers in their search for Supply Chain Solutions that drive operational transformation across their business. These customer engagements drive new software bookings as well as support the customer’s adoption and consumption of existing licensed solutions. The teams will collaborate as required with the CS&D and partner organisations.   

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary and result oriented Senior Leader (m/f) to drive high-impact transformation engagements for our clients. This role demands a strategic leader with deep understanding of the Supply Chain Management technology landscape, competitor landscape and market trends including the impact of agentic AI in supply chains. We are looking for an innovation-first mindset — capable of translating KPIs into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.

Leadership Qualities:

-Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Advisors to achieve and exceed adoption, consumption, and growth targets.
-Champion AI-driven innovation in SCM, advocating emerging technologies to solve real-world business challenges with measurable impact.
-Drive operational excellence by refining processes, tools, and best practices for scalable impact.
-Represent the company in SCM forums, conferences, and industry panels, positioning the organization as a leader in SCM across the market units you lead.
-Establish a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
-Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring feedback is effectively captured and communicated to influence product and service enhancements.
-Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and drive innovation.
 

Delivery Management: 

-Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs such as AI Discovery Workshops (AIDW) for transformative SCM customer engagements, and other high-impact initiatives.
-Deliver world-class customer engagements through your team, with solution demonstrations being world-class and tailored for customer needs.
-Establish and lead open forums like internal community meetings to share best practices, success stories, and knowledge around SCM solutions — fostering a culture of learning and accelerating organization-wide AI adoption and scale.
-Enable and establish partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery standards and client satisfaction.
-Identify and address adoption challenges through targeted engagement plans and enablement activities interlocked with our CS&D organisation.

Sales & Adoption Management:

-Develop and execute strategies to align the team’s efforts with customer needs and business KPIs to increase customer adoption and maximize the value of delivered solutions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experiences and value realization through co-ordinated pre-sales and post-sales adoption initiatives.
-Act as a role model and trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and long-term success.
 

Partner Management:

-Manage and grow strategic partner ecosystem to support joint delivery, innovation, and market expansion.
-Ensure partner alignment with organizational goals through structured collaboration and performance management.
-Drive joint initiatives and go-to-market strategies that enhance service offerings and client outcomes.
 

KPI Management:

-Result-oriented leader with a strong focus on achieving the SCM CRO organization’s key performance indicators:

-Pipeline health KPIs
-Monitor team resource utlisation to ensure teams are not overloaded and priorities are managed corectly
-Monitor progress against KPIs, provide actionable insights, and adapt strategies as needed to meet organizational objectives.
 

What you bring

-Proven experience leading customer success teams in customer driven engagements, with a proven track record
-Demonstrated success in leading large-scale complex multi-solution customer engagements
-Strong understanding of customer adoption and product consumption strategies
-Outstanding ability to communicate, coach, and inspire teams to achieve peak performance
-Proven leadership in managing stakeholders and delivering clear, influential communication at the executive level
-Demonstrated success in managing KPIs and driving measurable business outcomes
-Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a tactical level
-Passion for customer success and growth enablement
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Collaborative team leader and team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in architecting and advising AI-powered enterprise solutions across industries
-Strong technical background in AI frameworks, LLMs, SAP tools such as Generative AI Hub
-Knowledge of non-SAP 3rd party cloud AI platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
-Hands-on experience in MLOps, AI Governance, and Responsible AI in SAP is a plus
-Bachelors in Computer Science/ or Masters in Advanced degree in AI, Data Science, or related fields
