Position Summary:

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manager, you will focus on defining and implementing the quality assurance processes followed to ensure our users’ success. You will lead a team of talented QA Analysts and work closely with Product management and Software development teams to deliver an experience throughout our digital landscape that is seamless. Identity and Licensing systems help ensure that our users have access to the products they need to help fulfill their mission and ours.

           

We will rely on you for the following:

-Work cross-functionally to develop and establish quality assurance processes and testing standards for new products and enhancements to existing products in an agile software development lifecycle
-Manage and mentor a talented team of QA Analysts in best practice for agile quality assurance processes and to help ensure their long-term career growth.
-Plan and execute test plans for new requirements including a mix of automated and manual tests for cloud service and deployed client products to ensure integration and that changes meet functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
-Provide effective, clear and concise defect reporting, management and progression to ensure efficient replication, resolution and retesting of defect. 
-Conduct internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established QA standards for software development, application integration, performance, and corresponding documentation. Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.
-Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
-Collaborate with software development team in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods.
-Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders and management.
-Participate in developing, distributing, and coordinating in-depth reviews for modified and new systems or applications.
-Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas.
-Works toward objectives established by upper levels of management.  Will recommend departmental specific procedures and implements those that are approved.
 

What You Bring to The Team:

-Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree plus five years of experience as a software quality analyst.
-Experience creating and managing automated test plans.
-Knowledge of interoperability and integration of software packages and conducting compatibility tests.
-Experience with Software licensing technologies is preferred.

Please note if you are employed full-time, the salary for this position ranges from 3300 EUR gross (before taxes-Lithuania) depending on knowledge and experience.
