Scope of role

The ideal profile is proactive, has a good knowledge of IT organization and of software lifecycle and has a strong competence in software Productivity measurement. Part of the D&IT Strategy and Governance area, the resource will join the Vendor Management and Productivity Office team. He/She will be responsible of Productivity office management and all related activities. Those includes the setup of Productivity framework for new Suppliers and new contracts, and the management of Productivity measurement on contract already in place. To manage all these activities the Productivity Manager will coordinate a Vodafone offshore team that will carry on operative tasks.

Main task

  • Management of Productivity measurement of main IT Suppliers.
  • Coordination of Productivity COE (Vodafone offshore team in charge of operativity).
  • Productivity measurement framework setup for new Suppliers.
  • Executive reports and dashboard to be presented to the Management.
  • Support the negotiation of contracts to include Productivity measurement.

Competencies, knowledge and experience

  • IFPUG Certified. Other competencies will be considered too (e.g. Gartner).
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Productivity measurement.
  • Ability to work multitasking, very good analytical skills, problem solving and decision making are core skills for this role.
  • English professional proficiency.
  • Very good relational skills.

Must have competences

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
  • IFPUG certification or similar.
  • Power BI is a plus.

Studies

  • Economic or Engineering master degree.

Preferred location: Milano.
