We are looking for a motivated and solutions-driven Software Implementation Consultant to join our team in Maarssen, Netherlands.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Software Implementation Consultant to manage and deliver seamless end-to-end implementation projects for our clients using the Axiell ALM Product Portfolio. You will collaborate closely with new and existing customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, configuring software to align with those needs, and ensuring a smooth product rollout.This role is perfect for a solutions-oriented individual who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a team environment. Excellent customer engagement and communication skills are essential!Key Responsibilities:Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Axiell ALM Product Suite, including configuration requirements and product limitations.Consultancy & Data Migration: Analyse and map customer data, assisting with migrations from various sources into Axiell products.Product Configuration: Configure and deliver web-related product solutions tailored to client needs.Project Collaboration: Partner with Axiell Project Managers to plan, schedule, and execute assigned tasks efficiently.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships by providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSEssential:2+ years of experience in project delivery or data/collections management, preferably within a software company.Comfortable working with technology and quickly learning software configurations.Exposure to data migration processes and related technologies.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Methodical problem-solvning mindset.A collaborative team player capable of independent work.Fluent in written and spoken English.MERITExperience working with the archive, museum, or library sectors.Knowledge of programming languages and database technologies (e.g., JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, SQL Server).Database ModellingFamiliarity with Agile project management methods.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and talented team in a fast-growing global company.ABOUT AXIELLAxiell is a global company at the cross section between the IT and the Culture sector.
