A successful Software Engineer will own initiatives that include but are not limited to the below:

• Develop high volume web-based SaaS solutions.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across all layers of the stack.
• Experienced in an Agile environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
• Design and implement microservices architectures for scalable and maintainable applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Utilize containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to manage and deploy applications.

What You May Need to be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of application development experience in high volume SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented design and development using core Java 8+ or C#/.NET.
• Experience working with Angular 4+ or React.
• Strong skills in frontend UI, databases, and model layers.
• Experience in an Agile development environment using Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience training and/or mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with cloud services and cloud-based application development.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Preferred: Understanding of microservices architectures and behavior driven development (BDD).
