Job Title: Software Engineer – Node JS
Location: Barcelona (2-3 days work in office, rest days remote work)
Experience: 3-5 years
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3 plus years of relevant experience with Node.js
3. Excellent understanding of programming design patterns with experience implementing micro-services.
4. Responsible for building and maintaining backend APIs in support of frontend applications.
5. Responsible for Code Quality and Unit Testing. Should have knowledge in using any Unit testing frameworks.
6. Experience with serverless systems on any Could platforms.
7. Strong understanding of CI /CD process.
8. Active participant in a scrum team, working closely with scrum master and program manager as well as consumers like applications development teams.
9. Experience practicing contemporary software development methodologies Agile, Scrum, XP, etc. with strong focus on coding best practices, application security, performance and maintainability.
10. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
