You will join Media Recording Team who is responsible for handling the large amounts of data from the devices (video, audio, metadata etc.) The system needs to keep up all the time and record data while serving clients with live and playback data.You will develop features, solve customer problems, make sure code is stable and make best use of resources. As Milestone is a leader in the field, your code will deploy to 500.000+ customers around the globe.We offer

• Fast, testable, and stable software written in C#
• Software Design at feature level
• Unit & module test
• Bug fixing

What you bring:

• Solid .Net C# experience.
• A “I do not know, but I will try to figure it out” attitude.
• Following skills is a plus but not a requirement.

• Test Automation
• Github Actions
• Containers
• Microservices
• C++
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• A structured approach to your work.
• Effective communication skills – you can explain complex matters simple.
• Self-driven – you take responsibility for your tasks.
• Are open for feedback and provide feedback.
• Put value in teamwork, you to love to ping pong ideas.
• English skills at CEFR level B2 both in oral and writing.

About the team
You will be working in a team of 5 software developers, one tester and one manager. The team has the responsibility of work closely with the rest of the development organization within Milestone. The team plan its work in 2-week sprints ending with review and retrospective. Currently there are about 3 releases pr year. The company’s working language is English.
