• Designing technical solutions, building, testing and implementing new business requirements
• Enhancing the overall user experience (in terms of usability, performance, security, etc.);
• Modernizing the application architecture or underlying components (including the use of cloud components and automation capabilities);
• Reducing technical debt and/or introducing incremental changes to the IT architecture (e.g by using microservices, containerization)
• Adding new technologies to fulfill a specific business need (e.g. a message broker)
• Enhancing the integration and data flows within the ecosystem
• Enhancing the integration with other systems
• Working in a small and close-knit team who supports each other and shares knowledge actively
• Being responsible and guarding the service you build

Your key skills:

• Demonstrated experience in building API-First Approach products
• Knowledge of the following programming language: Python
• Knowledge of Google Cloud platform (preferably) or other public cloud providers (AWS or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with serverless and cloud native computing
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Datastore databases
• Proficiency with BigQuery, Datastore or other data storage technology
• Fluent communication skills in English

Skills we’d consider a plus:

• Knowledge of other public cloud providers: AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of the following programming languages: JavaScript / TypeScript
• Familiarity with Apigee API management platform
• Experience in frontend development using Angular
