What you’ll build

As a Working Student / Intern / Thesis Student in the Software Asset Management (SAM) team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations within a dynamic, global organization. You’ll help enhance operational efficiency by exploring how emerging technologies—like AI and SAP Signavio—can improve business processes and compliance across the company.

Your work will directly contribute to improving our IT service quality, optimizing software usage, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Along the way, you’ll develop critical thinking and project management skills while collaborating on real-world initiatives that shape the future of our digital operations.

What you bring

You’re currently enrolled at a university (f/m/d) in Business Informatics, IT, Economics, or a related field, driven by curiosity and a passion for learning.

You have:

Solid computer proficiency, especially with the MS Office Suite.

Fluent English language skills.

Organized, detail-oriented work style.

A proactive mindset—eager to explore new ideas, tackle challenges, and deliver results.

Collaborative energy, strong communication skills, and an ability to prioritize effectively.

It’s a plus if you also bring:

Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, or process automation.

Experience or coursework in business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, SAP Signavio).

Awareness of AI tools or concepts.

Experience working in international or cross-functional teams.
