Job description

• The ideal candidate should have experience with Software asset management (SAM) and configuration management (CMDB) processes.
• They should also have experience with daily operational IT procurement processes and working with external IT asset vendors.
• Experience working with ServiceNow SAM.
• Experience working in large/enterprise-sized companies, in a multi-cultural work environment, and in an agile setup with Scrum methodology is also desirable.
• Experience working in Software as a service concept is a plus.
• The candidate should have a strong communication skill set.
• They should have knowledge of different software vendor’s licensing terms & policies (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM).
• They should be fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Experience with ITAM tool, ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool, PowerBI and MS office is also important.

The Software Asset Consultant is responsible for maintaining the life cycle for IT assets operations such as full software licenses lifecycle management (from gathering requirements, through procurement process, up to scheduled renewals), data compliance, non-standard request processing, internal consultancy services regarding software licensing matters in variety of projects and SW assets spend reporting & optimization.Continuous development within the IT service tool is required and the role will be responsible for driving operational activities in coordination with functional lead and different stakeholders across IT division and business. ,[Maintaining the IT Software Asset life cycle in IT Service Management tool ServiceNow SAM, Maintaining IT Software Procurement processes in alignment with external vendors such as Microsoft, SoftwareOne, Adobe, Oracle etc, Seeking for service optimization/cost-reducing opportunities related to SAM, Providing ongoing consultancy related to software for various stakeholders and their projects across company, Maintaining license compliance in accordance with given vendors’ terms, Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of designated vendor’s current product offering, Daily operational procurement of centralized IT software orders for requesters, Reviewing software installation requests on a daily basis from other employees, Backup the DT Asset Analyst HW to cover for operational tasks within HW license mgmt.. area during vacation and other out-of-office situations] Requirements: ITAM, ServiceNow, Software asset management , CMDB, SAM, Configuration management Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, Flat structure, International projects, Free coffee, Bike parking, Playroom, Shower, Free snacks, Free beverages, Mobile phone, Free parking, In-house trainings, Modern office, No dress code.
