Your new role
- Design and implement software architectures for automotive systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers, to define system requirements and specifications.
- Lead the technical design process, including the creation of architectural diagrams, documentation, and design reviews.
- Work in accordance with the ASPICE process standard.
- Assess and select suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety and cybersecurity requirements.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, providing technical leadership.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Software Architect, ideally within the automotive sector.
- In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
- Knowledge of Cloud Architecture for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Expertise in System Architecture AUTOSAR.
- Experience with agile development tools like Codebeamer, Jira, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Understanding of functional safety standards ISO 26262 and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, along with strong teamwork abilities.
