Together, we can make an impact!Job ScopeIndependently manage the implementation of the projects and the modification activities in the Operation Areas collaborating proactively with the Key users and coordinating the Business in carrying out its duties.Manage the relationship and communication with stakeholders, ensuring that the activities are delivered in compliance with the defined requirements, times and costs.Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in process mapping, including process flows, data flow diagrams, etc.;
  • Responsible for existing software maintenance in addition to new developments, perform debugging, testing, code improvement;
  • Responsible in solutions implementation in collaboration with key users ensuring that the process designs comply with requirements, established methodologies, and best practices;
  • Carrie out the validation activities of the Application systems and participates in the Audit activities;
  • Install applications and confirm proper communication between equipment and systems;
  • Manage the roll out of projects in different countries;
  • Supervise the correct functioning of the system, periodically checking for anomalies and missing information;
  • Support Operations as a first/second level help desk to solve issues.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Software Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Information Technology (SW Development);
  • Knowledge of the software development processes;
  • Basic Knowledge of the main databases (e.g. SQL);
  • Minimum experience in use of: HTML, C++;
  • Knowledge of Office (advanced Excel);
  • Good analytical and relational attitudes;
  • A great sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to manage more than one project together with daily activity;
  • Good knowledge of English (B1).
