You will play a pivotal role in analyzing, strategizing, and implementing process enhancements to optimize software delivery and documentation practices.For information our client use the following Technology stack:SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP Cloud Integration, SAPUI5, Workflows and relevant programming languages such as JavaScript and Node.js.Mulesoft middleware integraton tool.Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience from a similar position
• Proven experience in software analysis, process improvement, and requirements documentation
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, modeling tools, and documentation standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience from pharma preferred
• Professional level of English – both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvements within the software development life cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce time-to-market
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed software requirements to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, use cases, and functional specifications to guide the development team
• Conduct thorough analysis of current delivery processes and documentation practices
• Develop strategies to address gaps, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance overall effectiveness
• Work closely with solution Architect, software developers, UI/UX, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Maintain and update process improvement documentation, requirement specifications, and related artifacts
• Create and manage a repository of best practices and guidelines for software delivery and requirements documentation
