University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to appoint two Social Purpose Operations Officers, to form part of a new division. These roles will be crucial in providing a high-quality service to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operations.Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Social Purpose Group and the wider university, this is a broad-ranging role supporting all aspects of operations management, including aspects of HR, finance, estates management, executive support and governance, administration and project management.You will adopt a proactive approach and will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support. Additionally, you will aid in delivering the Social Purpose Group’s objectives through strategic and operational planning, financial processes, and administrative functions.About youThe ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in operations or administration with a customer-focused approach to service standards. You should have a good understanding of finance and HR processes and practices, including compliance requirements.Strong administrative, organisational, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines with high attention to detail. A flexible approach to changing priorities, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels to foster a positive working culture are also required.We are UALUniversity of the Arts London (UAL) offers an extensive range of courses in art, design, fashion, communication and performing arts.
