As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing VILA’s social media strategy to achieve our business goals. You will play a pivotal role in growing our online presence and promoting our brand across major social media platforms.YOUR TEAM

Your responsibility is to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement VILA’s new social media strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals.
• Lead and manage a team of two social media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Manage and optimize content and communication across META and TikTok, and other relevant platforms, ensuring maximum impact on marketing and e-commerce goals.
• Manage and optimize global influencer marketing across Instagram and TikTok in line with VILA’s brand strategy.
• Conduct thorough social media analysis and reporting on key metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rate, conversions, ROI of campaigns) to measure performance and refine strategy.
• Stay ahead of the curve by staying current on the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members to create integrated campaigns that achieve overall marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the International E-Commerce Manager and external partners to optimize media spend and drive targeted traffic to online platforms.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager with a demonstrably successful track record of growing brand awareness and engagement across relevant social media platforms.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team.
• A deep understanding of social media marketing best practices and platforms, including content creation, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A genuine passion for social media and the drive to stay ahead of the ever-evolving digital landscape.
• Creativity and a strong sense of global fashion industry.
