The July believes that each stay has it’s own story, whether you’re travelling for business, pleasure or both – we hear the cool kids call that bleisure – our apartments serve as your place for as long as you’re with us. Mixing the freedom of apartment-living with luxury services of a hotel, our teams ensure that each stay is special.The internshipFrom conceptualizing to executing our content calendar, managing and scheduling our social media channels, writing blogs, and preparing and attending photoshoots— a day in the Marketing department is never dull. If you’re brimming with creative ideas and can effectively translate them into text and visuals, then this exciting internship is tailor-made for you! Working closely with the Brand Manager for F&B and help with our hotel brands too. You aim for the optimal outcome. Once your creative idea gets the green light, armed with our DSLR camera (or phone), you can head out immediately to create engaging stories, reels, or posts. Or you might spend a day in the office writing a blog about the neighborhood or updating our websites to look the best they can be. With your entrepreneurial spirit, you contribute to establishing our brand on the (international) map.Check-in with us! You’ll carry out your tasks at cool locations. Our headquarters are located in one of The July’s hotels. In the urban setting of Amsterdam Sloterdijk, we work amidst hotel guests and locals, collaboratively enhancing the guest experience. It’s crucial that you become familiar with all our hotels (and trust us, that’s a big plus) and our F&B brands. This means working in the lobby of Hotel BOAT&CO one day and sipping coffee behind your laptop at Hotel Twenty Eight the next. No boring office space for you. Our teams have the ambitious goal to develop multiple new apartment-hotels across prime European cities like London, Dublin, Paris, Lisbon and Barcelona. Each location has the local stories and spirit interwoven throughout the apartment-hotel’s distinctive design.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• A relevant HBO education focused on Marketing, Communication, Creative Business or Demonstrable affinity with Social Media;
• Creative, with an eye for detail and precise work;
• Experience in photography is a big plus;
• A go-getter with excellent organizational and planning skills;
• A team player who can also work independently;
• Good writing skills;
• Background in or eager to learn Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign;
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
