What you’ll be doing

As part of the newly formed content team you will be part of a centre of excellence that will drive the standard of social content throughout the account. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our social strategists and content creators to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies and concepts that aligns with the bank’s overarching marketing goals. In this role, you will proactively pitching new ideas to clients and work with your immediate content to improve the quality of content and the processes that sit behind them.

As a part of your role, you will have the crucial responsibility of fostering close relationships with the bank’s internal social team and paid media partners. Through these relationships we’d like to cement the position that T&P is a ‘social first’ agency that can swiftly respond to emerging trends while adopting a comprehensive strategic approach towards generating content.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs
  • Manage and grow client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all social media-related matters
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and continuous development
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to develop integrated campaigns that deliver results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams
  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to new business pitches

Key skills

  • Proven educational training or experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience in social media account management, preferably within a social agency environment
  • Experience working with financial services clients
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads)
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Proven track record in managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in new business development and pitching
