Responsibilities:
* Conduct monitoring activities at assigned investigative sites, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP), protocol, and study-specific procedures.
* Perform site selection, initiation, and close-out visits, and monitor study progress to ensure timely completion of study deliverable.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with investigative site staff, clinical monitors, and other study personnel.
* Ensure study data accuracy, completeness, and quality, and prepare and submit study monitoring reports.
* Assist with study-specific training for investigative site staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical research, monitoring, or former ICU/clinical trials experience.
* Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel for 7 days a month around the Czech Republic.
