About your future role
With a newly published strategy, we need to further boost our Customer Care area in the Nordic region. We are looking for 1 new Floorcoach for our Nordic & Baltic Floorcoach Team in SME Services. A strong customer experienced based mindset and a passion for supporting both customers and colleagues will be key for the selected person.Are you a role model with experience from training and supporting customer service, retention or sales agents? Excited about customers, customer experience and performance?The Floorcoach Team is a part of Merchant Services and handles a variety of task internally in our department related to support our agents in providing the best possible customer experience.You will be a part of a successful team, where customer and employee satisfaction, career development and winner mentality are highly prioritized.The candidates need to be well familiar with the SME Services area for Finland/Sweden, and a high level of knowledge for at least one of the markets is required. You consider yourself as a Subject Matter Expert with your level of knowledge and skill.This position is located at the Helsinki office.You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Supporting agents and co-workers with knowledge and skill
• High employee competence level through practical coaching and guidance
• Highest level of customer satisfaction trough great customer experience
• Quality assurance of incoming calls and productions tasks
• Ad hoc projects & collaboration with SPOC
• Contributing to our Nordic alignment journey with your insights
• Excellent stakeholder management with all departments within Merchant Services

• Experience within customer service and/or sales training/leadership
• Track record of high performance from a service and/or sales function, maybe within Fintech, Telecom, Media or Insurance.
• Strong commercial mindset and communicative skills
• Fluent both written and verbal in Finnish or Swedish and preferably in both
• Written and verbal English at business Level
