Contract Type: Open EndedWork Hours: 35.0 Hours per WeekThe roleThe University of Bristol’s Langford Campus Abattoir is seeking to recruit an experienced full-time Slaughterperson.What will you be doing?The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a commercial abattoir and teaching environment.You should apply ifExperience of working on manual lines with red-meat species is required and full WATOK Certificates of Competence for these species highly desirable. Butchery and further processing experience advantageous to the role. A fundamental commitment to high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice, Food Hygiene and Animal Welfare essential.
