SKINCARE EDUCATION PROJECT MANAGER
COTY PRESTIGE- EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
REPORTING LINE:
SKINCARE SENIOR EDUCATION MANAGER – Alice Libouban
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The position takes place in the Education department.
-Responsible for delivering the highest level of client experience, product, selling skills training and education covering all distribution channels
-Responsible for the animation of Facial protocol training sessions with aestheticians (facial done on POS and in cabin SPA).
-Develop, motivate, evaluate, coach & train national trainers. Maintain brand image by adhering to fashion brands’ values & guidelines. Plan & execute effective seminars. Communicate, report, build strong relationships with global teams as well as local markets’ training managers.
-Define Global Orveda education identity, style and strategy with the brands lead according to brand purpose and equity
FOCUS EDUCATION TOOLS CREATION
-Design branded training tools with an absolute focus on the end-customer (client experience & retailtainment, selling expertise in different distribution channels, product & category knowledge, cabin protocols, POS service menu)
-Integrate 360 transversal ways of working to ensure retail excellence
with global functions (global marketing, trade, PR, CRM and merchandising), local markets & License
-Digitalize all the global education tools, propose innovative activities on the mobile learning app & track related learning KPIs
-Ensure deadlines, budget, delivery and implementation of the assets; and constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication
EDUCATION SEMINARS & TRAININGS
-Coach local Trainers (onboarding workshops, global seminars, virtual training)
-Support the internal trainings and help educate the global company on innovations and launches
-Help to plan and organize global seminars in Paris or in the markets
PROFILE
-5 years’ work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education
-Skincare addict: strong knowledge about skin, galenics, ingredients, application gestures, services in-store & in cabin, competition and current skin trends
-Aesthetic/SPA/cosmetic certification required
-Excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written
-Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility and flexibility
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment
-Digital savvy
-Retail minded/consumer centric:
experience in Dept. Stores, perfumeries, beauty retailers, pharmacies, SPA or boutiques highly appreciated
-Business performance/retailers KPIs knowledge
-Able to share their passion for the brands, for retail
-Travel varies depending on global markets’ needs and may be extensive
