You will also have some teaching responsibilities and you will need to have experience in delivering BTEC Level 3, HNC and Apprenticeship Standards, especially in the following subjects:· Quantity Surveying· Site Supervision· Design & BuildAs well as the ability to teach the following subjects· Building Information Modelling· Science· Materials & CAD.The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification.
