Handyperson/Fabric Engineer

Randstad C&P are recruiting for a versatile Handyperson/Fabric Engineer to join our clients Facilities Management (FM) team, focusing on building fabric maintenance and minor repairs.

x25CF; Salary: GBP25,000 – GBP32,000 per annum (Depending on experience and skill set)
x25CF; Hours: 40 hours per week

x25CF; Key Responsibilities:
x25CB; Perform planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric, including doors, windows, tiling, and minor repairs.
x25CB; Conduct general handyman tasks, ensuring buildings remain functional and safe.
x25CB; Liaise with the team to resolve maintenance issues promptly.

x25CF; Qualifications:
x25CB; Proven experience in a similar role within FM or property maintenance.
x25CB; Basic carpentry, plumbing, and general repair skills.
x25CB; NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (Desirable)
