You will set the direction for our Sitecore projects, and you will manage the execution and overall quality of the technical deliveries of the Sitecore team consisting of 6-7 amazing developers.You will have a client-facing role and will contribute to our commercial business teams’ pre-sales agenda as a technical expert. Taking part in management activities is a possibility, but it might not be the first thing to do, but is something to be discussed along the way.We work with .Net/C# and CMS systems being Sitecore, Umbraco, and Optimizely/EPiServer. We work with large clients on all platforms and often with great complexity in the solutions.   • You have 5+ years of experience (full-time work, not internships)
  • You are a technically accomplished back-end developer; you think creatively and are passionate about quality in code and performance.
  • You have experience with leading and building large-scale web solutions in Sitecore
  • You are a good communicator and are comfortable handling client dialogue.
  • Excellent data modeling and development skills in Microsoft .Net preferably C#
  • Working with version control including understanding and working in environments with CI/CD
  • Capable of researching and analyzing complex solutions and features
  • Working with performance, logging, scalability, maintainability
  • Estimation and risk assessment
  • A Danish work permit
