Among our brands you can find (Poland), (Romania), , (Portugal), and of course (across Europe).Please note this is a hybrid position that requires you to be in our office 2x times per week, in Poznań or Warsaw \nWhat you’ll be learning and doing

• Engage in the evolution of a Global Distributed Classifieds Platform, focusing on learning about scalability, high availability (HA), deployment strategies, and performance optimization.
• Master automation techniques to minimize manual efforts, using Infrastructure-as-Code practices or developing custom tooling in the programming language(s) of your choice.
• Learn to architect, build, and implement infrastructure services that support the growth of our distributed platform, gaining hands-on experience in modern infrastructure practices.
• Develop an understanding of sensible, scalable systems design, and contribute to the organization by sharing responsibility in diagnosing, resolving, and preventing production issues. This includes learning to leverage automation as a key tool in your toolkit.
• Take on operational responsibility for the services we own, which includes learning how to effectively participate in an on-call rotation. Gain experience in practicing balanced incident response and conducting blameless postmortems to ensure continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for:

• A strong learning and growth mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and the resilience to tackle challenges in innovative ways
• Motivation to learn programming languages such as Python, Go
• A keen interest in learning about building and scaling high-traffic web applications
• A foundational understanding of Linux/Unix Systems is advantageous;
• Curiosity about the Amazon Web Services ecosystem
• Willingness to learn Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
