Operating in the right way, in line with our values and line with the law, is front and centre for our continued success.The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring a best in class standard for our vehicles on the streets and that our operations run as smoothly, safely, and efficiently as possible by leading our Fleet Management team in Marseille. In this role, you will play an integral part in Voi’s performance by combining people management with process improvement and execution.YOUR MISSION AT VOI

  • Maximise vehicle usage by keeping all vehicles on the street, either available or being ridden by users, as many hours of the day as possible.
  • Maintain high standards for vehicle condition by identifying and repairing damages, rebalancing wrongly parked vehicles, tidying parking spots, and addressing fallen vehicles.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of Voi’s fleet to extend their lifetime, minimise costs, and ensure high-quality standards while following standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicles, as well as preparing vehicles for transfer to other locations.
  • Interview, train, and engage Fleet Specialists and Team Leads to ensure the business runs smoothly year-round, meeting agreed-upon targets.
  • Collaborate with team leads for effective scheduling, shift planning, performance follow-up, and training of local team members.
  • Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, ensuring issues are addressed or escalated appropriately while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Health & Safety procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARKWe’re looking for a strong leader with a strategic mindset who also enjoys working hands-on and experience working with multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:

  • 4+ years of previous work experience where a minimum of 2 years managing teams.
  • General knowledge of digital work tools (MS Office, G-suite, ERP systems)
  • General understanding of business management, financial and leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership training, and conflict resolution
  • Fluent French and English is a must.
  • French valid driver’s license
