Tasks and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and present the Safety (HSE) Plan, ensuring site safety in alignment with ONE DEMATIC standards.
  • Identify and address potential problems, risks, and opportunities, providing updates to the project team.
  • Direct and influence the project schedule to optimize installation performance.
  • Manage on-site installation activities according to discipline and/or area.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports using cloud-based site reporting tools.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and resolve conflicts.
  • Contribute to creating and amending the project installation schedule.
  • Act as the final escalation point for subcontractors regarding safety and technical inquiries.
  • Interface with internal teams (Installation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Project Management) and external partners (3PL, suppliers, customers).
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence, leading by example in safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Recognized local H&S qualification (VCA-VOL) and higher-level technical qualification in engineering or construction (e.g., Higher National Diploma).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with European Machinery Directive and relevant standards.
  • Experience as a Principal Contractor or General Contractor in interfacing material handling solutions into larger projects.
  • Qualified First Aider (desirable).
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
