The position
As Site Construction Manager you will be responsible for the interdisciplinary coordination between the site maturation, nature & permanent security and several building projects, all being constructed at the same time. Your overall goal will be to successfully coordinate and control construction logistics at major complex building sites.

The primary workplace for this position is in Tietgenbyen, Odense. 
 
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

-Collecting the updated realized and replanned time schedules from the vendors and map the critical changes across all projects
-Creating the needed daily overview at site and mitigating solutions and progress between all stakeholders
-Reporting to the project director and track leaders concerning the critical milestones and major critical deviations across the projects
-Facilitating solutions where interfaces between the projects require mitigation
-Coordinating with PMO and HSE Management
-Ensuring that all projects have Site Logistics and Site Facilities available as needed
-Ensuring dialogue and understanding and cross coordination between the Construction managements through regular meetings
-Facilitating that the needed decisions to reach the projects timeline and milestones are taken
 

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

-Ideally around 10 years of experience in construction sites, with 5 years of experience in a similar position coordinating site/project logistics
-Solid experience in engineering design, project management, and site logistics at major projects 
 

The position requires an excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. You work in a structured manner, are an analytical person and have a positive attitude towards new ideas, people and challenges. You are a strong team player, who can form and keep relationships with internal and external partners, and a colleague whose enthusiasm for success will inspire those around you.

About the department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). Our team is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk. We are dedicated to serving the needs of millions of patients by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. With a global approach, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
