You’ll work alongside meticulous, supportive, and collaborative teammates.You’ll lead and oversee the installation process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Design, Testing & Commissioning, Quality Management), supervise subcontractor activities, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of conducting site inspections, managing installation progress, and ensuring all installed systems meet our rigorous standards, but also handle the crucial task of change management.We’ll look to you for:Preparing and executing installation work, including 4M checklists and material availability checksCoordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth installation and avoiding equipment damageSupervising installation progress, troubleshooting on-field issues, and managing KPIsConducting ‘As-Built surveys’ and ensuring accurate records of installed configurationsPerforming handovers to the Testing & Commissioning team and managing punch list itemsReporting to the Project Installation Manager on field activity progress and escalating concernsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
