Function descriptionWhat you will do:Organizing, coordinating, and leading a production teamCalculating key indicators:Scrap waste, raw material consumption, availability, downtimesProposing improvements for these indicatorsEnsuring just-in-time supply of raw materialsGuaranteeing product quality and complianceStarting up and supervising the production lineEnsuring smooth communication between workstationsDetermining production order based on planningInforming about planning progressPreparing reports on key indicatorsParticipating in production meetings with quality and maintenance departmentsEngaging in all team activitiesDetecting and reporting deviationsImplementing corrective actions where necessaryMaintaining order and cleanliness in the workplaceChecking order conformityOptimizing working timeEnsuring compliance with safety and health regulationsParticipating in the annual evaluation of team membersProviding sufficient training and follow-up for all (new) employeesResponsible for onboarding new employeesCollaborating with other departments such as planning, transport, sales, and maintenanceEnsuring proper application of proceduresRequirements Requirements:Who you are:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experienceOrganizational talentStrong communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to take responsibilityLeadership skillsProficient in computer use, especially Excel and SAPGood knowledge of the production process and finished productsTeamwork skillsKnowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and hazardous products
Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience required
Drivers license:No driver’s licence required
Languages:Dutch: zeer goed
