We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Leader (m/f/d) in Brussels to manage the team of agents at our stations. As a Shift Leader in Brussels, you will get the opportunity to build your own team around you, with the common purpose of enhancing our customer service and stakeholder contact.Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You inspire our team to create a memorable experience for our customers travelling from major Brussels;
• You are the first point of contact, support and escalation for our team of agents in the stations;
• You empower the teams to feel confident in making independent decisions;
• You proactively support our passengers as well as prospective passengers, in advising them on the FlixBus service, putting customers at the heart of what we do;
• You take ownership of the operational processes on site;
• You take ownership of the scheduling, training and development of the agents at the station;
• You nurture the relationship with our different departments in the Benelux, to enable outstanding communication between all teams;
• You establish strong relationships with drivers and Bus Operating Partners to ensure we run the highest quality network in Benelux.

• You are an experienced manager of customer facing teams;
• You are fluent in French and English;
• You are an enthusiastic and driven individual, who wants to create an environment of growth and support;
• Experienced in working in fast paced frontline customer environments;
• You enjoy problem solving and finding the best solutions for customers;
• You are able to stay cool in difficult situations, and focused on finding the best outcome for those involved;
• You are a strong communicator and able to influence strong performance of team members;
• High reliability, the ability to work in a team and a professional appearance are important to us.
