Job description

Main Responsibilities and DutiesScienHub, the platform of the Fundació Lluita contra les Infeccions dedicated to organizing medical educational activities such as workshops, symposia, webinars, and conferences, is seeking to hire an Educational Events Planner whose key responsibilities are to:

Participate in the project design, including searching for and managing sponsors.
Coordinate the logistics and production of projects and events, ensuring proper execution according to the assigned program and budget.
Track the budget closely, including sourcing, managing, and supervising suppliers.
Update databases of suppliers, speakers, and attendees.
Manage project communication and dissemination, including content definition and drafting, updating websites, social media, and other digital content management platforms, and creating newsletters.
Reconcile and prepare the final project report upon completion.
Contribute to promoting the ScienHub brand.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and working under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team, maintaining good coordination with team members and fostering a positive and cooperative working environment.
Versatile, dynamic, with the ability to learn and solve problems.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills for content writing.
Expert user of social media, marketing, and digital communication tools.
Proficient in Office Suite, databases, and online management tools.

Education and requirements

University degree, preferably with a specialization in project management and/or event organization.
Excellent spoken and written proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
Preferably experience in similar roles.
Knowledge and/or interest in the health sector.
Commitment and sensitivity to working in the non-profit sector.
Immediate availability and full-time work schedule.
