Context:
The Services division of SAP France is looking for a Service Account Executive (SAE) to develop services sales and ensure delivery of the value promise made to our clients through our software solutions.
Missions:
Responsible for strategic accounts and for developing relationships with them, the SAE will:
-Develop a business development plan for each client, with milestones to convert opportunities on a quarterly basis.
-Identify and generate sales opportunities aimed at helping our clients successfully deliver their projects, both as lead on implementation projects and in support of client and/or partner teams.
-Lead an extended Services team composed of Business Transformation Consultants, as well as Technical and Functional Experts.
-Be an integral part of the “Value Added Team” account team in order to define the best value proposition for our clients and support the sale of our Cloud solutions.
-Achieve the quantitative and qualitative targets set for the year, while providing maximum visibility on the progress and closing of ongoing deals.
Profile Required:
-Proven experience in complex sales (10+ years): negotiation and closing of SAP implementation and support contracts.
-Ability to build offerings that support our clients’ business transformation.
-Results-oriented profile with a strong focus on delivering value to our clients.
-Autonomy and leadership in creating value propositions for our clients and with partners.
-Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new offerings. Innovation-driven mindset: AI, Business Data Cloud.
-Strong self-awareness, with the ability to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
