Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead an efficient and skilled prime organisation, driving customer success, efficient go-to-market strategies and effective deployment of a wide pool of resources. You will have proven experience of leading Services sales organisations, understand Services sales cycles and know how to optimise investment to achieve maximum potential.

We are looking for a leader with a proven track record in leading teams as a first line manager in the Services IT / Cloud industry, with a strong knowledge in Services cross All Platform and Applications Businesses.

The successful applicant will understand Oracle’s Customers Success Services value proposition and the related competitive landscape, the partner ecosystem and has a flair for technology, will be abreast with all the latest happenings in the Services arena and will spend time to skill and certify themselves

You will add value throughout the Services sales process by:

  • Leading a strong, hardworking sales team focusing on accelerating services growth and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring you attract and retain top talent.

  • Having an entrepreneurial leadership style, with full responsibility to lead, drive and deliver new services across all Oracle offerings.

  • Implementing the Oracle Services strategy throughout the German territory, driving customer success.

  • Managing Rep performance through objectives, targets and with regular, transparent 1:1 feedback.

  • Developing long-term sustainable relations with senior-level customers and partners.

  • Collaborating with successful and supportive functions, enabling you and your team’s success.

Business Management:

  • Accountable for Services Bookings growth in Germany’s Strategic Account group, within the CSS North region.

  • Responsible for setting the organisation, strategy and direction to deliver booking requirements

  • Exhibits credibility & effectively manages internal & external stakeholders, customers & networks

  • Responsible for pipeline management, opportunity management and demand generation

  • Maintains executive relationships in top accounts and with Partners

Leadership:

  • Experienced executive, capable of managing a diverse team

  • Proven track record of executing sales successes & influencing complex deals

  • Ability to lead, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across Oracle’s lines of business

  • High levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm

Experience required:

  • Successfully achieved demonstrable growth across multiple product lines, including a strong understanding of services portfolio and offerings

  • Strong background and network across the Germany

  • Extensive experience in a direct sales environment

  • Extensive experience managing sales teams
