Job Description:Join Our Team as a Services Project Tender Engineer in Denmark!Are you ready to work closely with our Field Services Sales and Opportunity Team, contributing to the bid elaboration for qualified project opportunities? As a valued member of our Tendering Team, you will be responsible for creating offers that reflect customer needs and align with Schneider Electric’s standards.What will you be doing?

  • Analyzing low to medium complexity RFQs (Request for Quotations), interpret requirements, and create specifications based on Schneider Electric’s offerings
  • Building techno-commercial proposals using standard tools and processes, integrating validated data provided by technical and commercial support functions
  • Observing key success factors as directed by the FS Tender Manager and Opportunity Leader
  • Communicating efficiently with internal and external customers, ensuring information sharing and active listening
  • Supervising the quality and quantity of documents submitted to customers
  • Following the Customer Project Process for Services related to offer submittal, including risks analysis, tender submittal review, and escalation workflow

What will help you succeed?

  • Suitable educational background such as Technical Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering)
  • Trading background with knowledge in Electrical distribution and Automation is a beneficial
  • Great communication skills and adaptability
  • Customer-focused mindset and team orientation with passion for collaboration and communication
  • Previous experience in commercial or project execution is an advantage
