Security Awareness security awareness consultant is to help organizations improve their security posture by educating employees about security risks and best practices. This requires a strong understanding of the latest security trends and techniques, as well as the ability to deliver effective training programs and policies that align with industry standards and regulations.WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date training content addressing security risks, company policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct simulated phishing attacks and other social engineering tests to identify vulnerabilities and educate employees on how to avoid them.
  • Develop and maintain security awareness policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on the development of security awareness metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and other security awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other security professionals and business units to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in security awareness and education.
  • Provide white glove service, including onboarding and provisioning support and guidance, to new and existing clients
  • Other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, project management or a related field is required.
  • 4 year or more relevant work experience in customer service, project management, education or related is required.
  • Be able to lead and manage complex onboarding projects, understand customer needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs, and work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality onboarding programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills: The consultant must be able to build strong relationships with customers and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Analytical skills: The consultant must be able to analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions about the onboarding process.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing business needs
  • Project management skills: The consultant must be able to manage projects and prioritize tasks to ensure that the onboarding process is completed on time and within budget. Ability to carry out several projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills: The consultant must be able to identify problems and develop creative solutions to ensure that customers have a positive onboarding experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
