The work we do here matters.Department Overview Service Contracts and Subscription Operations organization provides operational support to the North America Managed & Support Services business.This is a mixed shift position for the Video & Subscriptions leader which also includes Q2C elements.Team functions includes contract management & processing associated with Video & Subscriptions maintenance agreements, developing our local team and drive change and innovation while simplifying the processes at the same time. Additionally, you will be involved in part creation process and prioritization of the Orderability processes.Job DescriptionAssist the team in the daily operations and organize the workCollaborate with other stakeholders to ensure delivering of high quality work in a timely manneEstablish strong internal operational environment with structured processes, quality controls & collaborative spirit with other MSI operationsProvide leadership, guidance and development opportunities to team membersDrive change within the department to optimize the efficiency and simplification of the processesOptimize the Q2C processes to increase team’s efficiency and decrease cycle timeBasic RequirementsAt least Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ManagementAt least 2 years of professional experience in the field of operational businessExperience in the management of outsourced operations as well as working in a number focused organizationManagement capability with organizational talent and strength to enforce decisions by taking cultural differences into consideration
