Job description

As a ServiceNow HRSD Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions to enhance our HR operations and employee experience. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to develop scalable and effective solutions that meet our strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Lead the design and development of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including case and knowledge management, HR service delivery, and employee self-service.
  • Architecture Planning: Develop and maintain the overall architecture for ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet organizational requirements, including scripting, workflow design, and integration with other systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implementation & Deployment: Oversee the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow HRSD applications, identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRSD solutions and provide training to end-users and support teams.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current with ServiceNow updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve HRSD processes and solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure that HRSD solutions comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD, with a strong background in designing and implementing HR service delivery solutions.
  • Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow CIS-HRSD are required. Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including case management, knowledge management, and HR service delivery. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and integrations. Experience in Conversational Interface (VA, Live Agent chat, catalog,…), Custom Apps, Portal(Employee Service Centre), Integrations (Workday etc.,).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, with a proven track record of delivering solutions on time and within scope.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
