As a ServiceNow HAM/SAM Product Architect you will be responsible for actively guiding an international team of developers and business analysts to deliver high-quality and secure ServiceNow best practices solutions.This is a global position as part of the Global Digital Workflows team with focus on the automation of current IT Services.Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Interacting with project team members, stakeholders as well as working closely with the vendors
• You evaluate enhancement/customization requests, provide design recommendations, and document technical requirements
• Support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of Configuration Management and Asset Management processes, procedures, and policies
• You validate Solution Designs in Service Device Lifecycle Management created by Business Analysts to meet the overall Healthineers Enterprise Architecture
• Design and implement ServiceNow SAM/HAM and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices
• You provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.
• As we are a quality regulated company your architectural designs need to be compliant to Siemens Healthineers quality, security and data protection regulations. All neccesary measure are driven by you.
• You are collaborating with a international set up of Testers, Business Analysts, Business Stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in the field of IT
• You have at least 2-4 Years of IT work experience in Design and Architecure of Solutions in IT service management frameworks.
• You have gathered over the past 2-4 years in least 2 of following ServiceNow modules expert knowledge: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC
• You have strong experience in the field of Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management (e.g. ServiceNow) and in understanding workflows and integrations for service automation.
• You already have very well-founded, many years of professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree? Then we also look forward to receiving your application.

• Your ability to lead discussions on relevant business topics in English language is the basis for efficient and eye-level communication with colleagues and partners worldwide
• You are able to develop and present solution concepts and decision templates from an economic point of view and to obtain decisions
• With your high level of social competence and teamwork, you can interact with stakeholders on an equal footing, build a trusting relationship and manage commitments

• You are able to identify risks, document them and communicate along developed mitigation measures.
• Good communication, presentation & teamwork skills with cross-functional, intercultural teams
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
