In this role, you will be a key contributor in bringing subsea technology to the global market. You will take a leading role in deploying and operating new solutions mainly within upper completion (ROCS operations), while also acting as a technical ambassador—supporting, training, and building competence across regions.

 

What you will do

-Lead subsea operations on location from project kick-off through to live operations
-Be the bridge between engineering design and real-world field execution
-Develop and coach local teams — building capability that outlasts each project
-Drive operational excellence and contribute to how we continuously improve
 

What we are looking for

-Proven offshore subsea experience (min. 7 years) across exploration and completions environments
-A natural operator who is equally credible in a technical review and on a rig floor
-Someone who mentors instinctively — sharing knowledge is second nature
-Safety-focused, adaptable, and confident working across different cultures and geographies
-Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
