Treść ofertyWe are thrilled to announce great news form Katowice market – we are starting to build the new IT Hub in Katowice from scratch. Our Client is a global producer of sustainable stainless steel, whose main target is to reduce carbon footprint 10,000,000 tonnes annually. We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – Data & Integration, who will join the Digital Platform Team working on data engineering and Azure/SAP Integrations.This role includes Employment Contract and hybrid model with 2 office days/week.In this role you will:

• Oversee the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Data & Integration services based on technologies such as: Azure Data Services, Tibco integration, On-prem SQL database, ShadowBase Replication, Qlik Replicate, Oracle database, Tieto BIX, ESB,
• Lead the incidents resolution, escalations and root cause analysis,
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure proper service performance and reliability,
• Monitor and optimize costs related to technological resources (e.g. Azure, cloud data, analytics services).

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years experience managing data & integration services,
• Excellent knowledge with ITIL or other service management frameworks,
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• Technical understanding of data & integration solutions in the area including but not limited to: Azure Data Services, Tibco integration, On-prem SQL database, ShadowBase Replication, Qlik Replicate, Oracle database, Tieto BIX, ESB,
• Communicative English – min. B2,
• Good experience with project management methodologies, change management processes and tools,
• Good understanding of Agile development and operations practices.
